Monday to Friday - 4pm to 6pm by appointment

Saturday - 1pm to 3pm by appointment

How do I store my order?

All products are delivered frozen and must be fed within 48hours of thawing. Store your raw mince in the freezer, once thawed store in a sealed container in the fridge.

Do I need to make an appointment for collection?

Yes, please leave a note on your order at checkout. We will confirm your pickup time when your order is fulfilled and ready for collection.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered in the next available delivery slot i.e. order placed on Monday will be delivered Wednesday. We completely understand things pop up and you might need an emergency delivery. Please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

Yes, please be home to sign for your delivery. Please contact us prior to your arranged delivery time if other arrangements need to be made.
